This couch is a prime example of you get what you pay for. It’s a decent value for the price point and size. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the seat cushions are attached to the base which is fairly sturdy, this, however, would make it impossible to rotate and fluff any of the cushions when wear inevitably occurs. However, the back rest cushions are in no way attached with Velcro or any other means. (Unlike the Ottomans, which are connected with Velcro) They are just loosely set to rest on the frame. Speaking of the frame is probably my biggest issue with the couch, it’s the flimsiest part by far. It’s basically a metal bar covered in fabric, this is the component that I think makes the couch look cheap, if you plan to have the back of the couch visible I might consider a different option. everything else can pass for fairly high-quality visually. This couch is not for you if you’re relying on the shipping to be accurate, or need it soon. I did end up getting all pieces of my couch, however, the pieces were received between July 2 and July 8. The shipping label was only connected to one of the boxes, so you’re not able to track all pieces of the couch. The pieces coming in different boxes and on potentially different dates was advertised so I wasn’t worried about it, but it was definitely inconvenient, once again you get what you pay for. As far as set up it’s extremely easy to set up, and I appreciate the fact that the base is screwed together, so there’s no separation of the pieces, as I have seen this is a common complaint with other couches at this price point. Overall, fairly comfortable, definitely not the most comfortable couch I’ve sat on, but not the worst! It is deep set, and somewhat lower to the ground so if you have mobility issues this might not be the couch for you. Overall, I think this couch is accurately advertised.

I love the corduroy texture of this modular 7 seater sectional! It is comfortable and firm just the way I like it. Then Color is nice. I originally thought it was going to be a much darker gray from the pictures that were provided. It turned out to be medium gray,not a charcoal gray as thought. But I love the color anyway!! The customer service at the actual furniture warehouse/ store for this particular brand HYLEORY is impeccable. The Gentleman that I spoke with was great. I called and left a message. He called me back the next business day. He addressed my concerns for the shipping. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. If I would change anything it would be the legs, don’t get me wrong they are fine, but if… I would make them 3 inches wider, and two inches taller. I Love this sectional!! Perfect for movie night!! It looks GREAT It Feels GREAT!! What more could you ask for!! Thank you for my beautiful sectional!!

The top part of the cushion is slightly firm, but soft. I don't just sink into it, but it's really comfortable. The rectangular part is also cushioned and contains coiled springs. The bottom part is a flat platform supported by the usual s-shaped sofa springs. The back cushions are firm and don't give much support at the bottom. The arm cushions are the softest ones, and the arms of the sofa also have some padding in them. (I like to put the side cushion behind me to make the back more comfortable.)A side effect of the way it's designed is that it's impossible to lose anything in this sofa. The only crack that something can fall into is behind the cushion, but the back fabric attaches with Velcro at the bottom, so you can always access that spot if you need to. The sections connect together from underneath with bolts, which is very secure but makes it hard to reconfigure. The feet slide on carpet easily, but with several sections connected, it doesn't slide around. Because of the way the sections connect together, assembly is a two-person job. This sofa seems like it will last a long time, and I'm glad I bought it.
