Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money
I agree with all the 1 star reviews, the quality is poor or non-existent and HyperX does not honor their 2 year warranty on the headset. I bought the HyperX Cloud Core Bluetooth Wireless Gaming Headset for PC (which is very similar to this headset for Xbox) which is using the same plastic clips that are attached to the side of the ear cups. The warranty is for two years, but when HyperX technical support was provided photos and video of the broken part (headset purchased in July 2023) they claim it is physical damage and not covered under the warranty. Physical damage from just putting on and taking off the headset? That’s ridiculous and just shows the materials used to make the product are cheap! It also speaks volumes about what type of company they are by not honoring their 2 year warranty. Perhaps they were getting too many product failures in their first year and the solution they came up with was to not honor the warranty due to “physical damage.” I cannot recommend their products based on my experience and you should be careful about spending your hard earned money on such a lack of quality headset.

Great quality headset.
Great headset have had it for 2 years still works as new. Sound is good and microphone is good too. Only thing is I had to change the cushion on the ear part.

Great when it works!!
This isn’t an extremely high end gaming headset but it gets the job done pretty well. The only issue I have with it is that from regular use, the headset volume adjuster has completely destroyed the functionality of the headset, making it a static mess for some reason. The sound must be finely tuned with the volume wheel so that both ear pieces play sound. I was unsuccessful in getting a replacement from hyperx despite owning it for less than 6 months.

Dont buy this please
I loved this headset for a week until the microphone stopped working completely, there's no way to fix it I've tried Reddit and every other resource online. I had another one that lasted for a month or so before this one and boom the same thing happened. Just trying to save you the time and money please don't buy this

No where near the build quality it used to be. I Bought this to replace the very first HyperX Headset they made. Even though my old one is very used, it feels like a totally different class of build quality. This new one feels so much weaker and flimsy. Not recommended

this is a comfy head set but the sound quality is not great… at all. it’s not very durable. i have used em for maybe 3weeks and it’s broken now. the razer barracuda x is a great set but this… it’s not that good. comfort 9/10 sound 2/10 price 3/10
