The author of this book is an Engineer by profession and a mother by heart.
After the birth of her first child, she experienced many sleepless nights and found herself physically and emotionally depleted.
That was the beginning of a personal journey - a path of self-awareness and growth - sparked by the powerful book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle.
As life became even more challenging after the birth of her second child, she found herself turning to parenting books for guidance.
These resources, along with her lived experiences, began to shift how she approached parenting, family life, and self-care.
She also felt a deep curiosity to understand teenagers - realizing that the foundations we lay in early childhood shape the years to come.
