Attractive appearing soap dispenser - but mostly made of plastic rather than aluminum.

This iDesign Soap Dispenser Pump is marketed as being aluminum — but it turns out that it is mostly plastic. We bought this item specifically because we are trying to decreases use of plastics in daily life. So we were very disappointed to find that the entire inside and base of the dispenser is plastic. There is a thin sheet of aluminum wrapped around the outside of the dispenser for aesthetics only. If you don’t mind the plastic components, it is a very nice appearing soap dispenser. If you are looking specifically for a metal based soap dispenser (which would be attractive, durable, but not plastic), this is not the one for you. However, we appreciate that Target accepted the return without any problem, which resolved the problem for us.
