If I Don't Ask was just the right mix of old familiarity and exciting newness. It was a lot of fun reading about Rebecca's feelings during the early years of their relationship. This book is one of the many reasons that I will read anything that E. J. Noyes writes in the future, it is a guaranteed hit.
