Q: What is the weight in pounds of the different bands?
A: The medium band is equivalent to +/- 30 lbs, the heavy band is equivalent to +/- 40 lbs and the ultra heavy band is equivalent to +/- 50 lbs.

Q: Are you aware that your ratings of resistance are actually the resistance when you double the bands? For example, the yellow band will stretch all the way before it can pick up a 15 pound weight.

Q: How do the bands connect and disconnect from the handle? Velcro? Or...? (not visible in photos)
