Sound isn’t loud when phone is wireless charging

The phone will be connected to Bluetooth, set on the wireless charging and the sound will not be loud. It won’t connect correctly and will just go through the phone and will be quiet when ringing through the Bluetooth. If it’s connected through usb it will right loud.

This Apple iPhone charging station/clock is great for small spaces and functions almost perfectly except for the fact the numbers on the clock don't all show up. It does perform everything that I want it to do and conducts 4 products worth of functionality in 1 package while saving 3 sockets for other things. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

The clock worked well for 9 months, then random sections of the minutes digit would disappear. I unplugged and removed and replaced the battery. Now, the same section is missing. It’s actually very dimly lit. Plus “ghost” lines have appeared where there should be nothing.

Worked Well For A While

I was really happy with this for about 9 months... now, it's plugged in and power is running to the unit, but the time no longer shows on the face. Tried unplugging/replugging, checked all connections, hit the power button and... nothing. Hit the "time" button... nothing. It will still charge my phone from the dock or with a usb connected to the back, it just no longer shows me the time, which I kind of need since the point was to buy a clock. The tiny setup sheet shows nothing for troubleshooting. I won't be buying another Timebase, they're obviously low quality and the company doesn't care enough to include help when something goes wrong.

We purchased two of these at the beginning of the year. Both alarm clocks are unreliable - sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. And this week, one of them gave up on displaying anything. However, now the alarm goes off every morning, whether I want it to or not. The only thing I really like about it still is the style--one of the main reasons (along with hoped for features) we purchased this product. Currently, it's a very expensive phone charger. This is our first iHome purchase. It will be the last.
