UNHEALTHY- Do better IMPOSSIBLE
Canola and sunflower oils cause inflammation in the body. Also has modified corn starch. PEOPLE want BETTER! HEALTHIER FOOD THAT DOESN’T CAUSE THEM THEIR HEALTH.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these Impossible spicy chicken patties are. The texture is very close to real chicken,crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the seasoning has a nice kick without being overwhelming. They cook quickly and evenly in the air fryer, and they make an easy lunch or dinner option. I also like that they don’t have that strong “plant-based” aftertaste that some alternatives do. Overall, they’re flavorful, satisfying, and a great plant-based swap for spicy chicken sandwiches. Definitely worth trying if you want something meatless that still tastes delicious.

It’s a nice size for you to try to see how you like them as well. I saw someone else online use the patties and then cut them up with more vegetables, vs. like a replacement hamburger, and I like both ideas!

It’s not super spicy but it has a kick, and the macros are pretty good. Super easy and quick to make (literally just microwave it). The only downside is that it’s not very crispy but what can you expect with a microwaved patty.

I definitely wouldn’t be able to tell these were plant based if I didn’t know. The spiciness was spot on and delivered a bit of heat. The texture was soft but didn’t have any “meat” texture, and the exterior was crunchy. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of fat-10g per 5 pieces is pretty high for only 12g protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed these and so did my family. They were easy to cook, I put them in my air fryer. They got nice and crispy. I was surprised how spicy the patties turned out to be, but my family loved it. The bag had a ziplock so the other patties could stay nice and fresh when you put them back in the frozen. My family also couldn’t even tell it was vegan. I would buy this again.
