received this as a gift a month ago and it's already falling apart. the tray dips forward, the tray no longer clicks into place, and the piping of the back is poking through. buyer beware not a safe option for your child.

Look elsewhere.
At first, it seems really nice and that it has all of the bells and whistles, but after a while, the flaws start to show. Eventually, the tray started to dip forward so our baby's food wasn't sitting on a flat surface. Once you take off the backrest there are 2 holes that our baby LOVES to stick food into. There are too many crevices and gaps EVERYWHERE, under the tray and on the side of the chair for food to get stuck. It's a pain to keep clean and I can't wait to get a new highchair for our baby. It is sturdy if I am going to say something good but the design is terrible. I do not recommend.

Buyer beware- broken parts
BUYER BEWARE!! Ours arrived and the footrest was broken. I called for a replacement and they told me there were none and to get a refund I hate to destroy the chair and take a picture for proof. The refund process is very long. And what a waste for it to end in the landfill. I just saw another review recently with the exact same problem. DO NOT BUY.

Disappointed
We really wanted to love this chair, but we got one with a broken footrest. Unfortunately, they do not have the footrest as a replacement part, so the customer service is asking us to "disable" (cut the straps and cushions into separate pieces so it can no longer be used), before they send us a replacement chair. They call it "virtual return". Sending a replacement takes 7-10 days, and they expect us to destroy the one we have before we get a replacement, which means we can not feed our baby for about two weeks, which is unacceptable. You can't really talk to them. They just keep sending you their "virtual return" instructions.
