Doesn’t keep Spectra Flanges in place
The material does keep you cool. It however does not keep my Spectra pump flanges in place, so not hands free for me. I purchased it to wear overnight to make my middle of the night pump easier, but not really helping since I need to use at least one hand to keep the flanges in place, especially for the price.

Simplifying my fourth trimester!
I love this nursing cami because it’s easy to clip and unclip with one hand! The fit is comfortable and true to size. I am not using it for pumping, but I imagine it would be great for that as well! This cami has made my fourth trimester life a little easier! Would purchase again or recommend to another new mom friend.

Love this tank. Soft and stretchy, and easier to stretch to use my pumpin’ pals flanges for pumping. Love that the cups are built in so no extra moving pieces. Please make in nude and white!! Would get them both if offered.

Perfect nursing basic!
Great nursing tank with support for pumping! A must for postpartum mommy wardrobe and great for going back to work. The fabric is cooling and stretchy to provide support. Much more breathable than many other fabrics, and perfect for sweltering Texas heat. For a slightly looser fit, I would size up, as it can be form fitting like shape wear. The bra clips are large and easy to manage with one hand. And I like the option to make it a racer back. When nursing, the pumping bra part provides a little bit of modesty and support- more than most nursing bras. The only issue I have found is that the slits for pumping can be a little small for most flanges. The tight fit holds the flange well, but getting the flange on and positioned correctly can require a lot of adjustments. But that said, it’s a workhorse tank that is perfect for mamas pumping and nursing. And a great basic to have multiples of. One less bra to keep track of!

Great pumping tank top
This is a great tank top for nursing and pumping. The built in bra is supportive. Comfortable to wear around the house, but I am sure will also be a great layering piece when I am back to work.
