We received these as a gift (they were shipped to us) and three of the nine frames were broken. We tried to just exchange the broken frames, but ended up having to exchange the entire set and have a new one shipped to us. When the new set arrived, one of the frames was broken. We decided to just glue it together instead of having to exchange/reorder an entire new set again. Somewhat dissappointing as the frames seem like nice quality and are very easy to install and look great hanging up.

Great frames!
These frames worked awesome for me. They were packaged with care. They come with a template for each frame so you can decide on placement first. You insert the provided pins into the frame (some were more difficult to insert than others) then place the frames directly over the templates and literally push the frame into the wall. You will have more difficulty inserting the pins into studs. I found this out the hard way. But overall, I would recommend and buy again!

One of the frames was damaged (not during delivery, you can tell it’s a defect. Corner of the frame doesn’t meet). Target customer service was terrible. Tried 3 times to get a replacement sent and they never sent it.

Love the frames but one came broken
Love the frames but one came broken and there isn’t an option to just switch out one of the frames. By the time I noticed one was shattered/broken, I had already put pictures in 7 of them - they aren’t the easiest to get pictures in and out of. They are super easy to put on the wall without tools and I love that. I used a little level but that was it. Overall I love the look of these frames.

I felt like these frames had a lot of potential but ultimately fell short. The frames felt nice, came with a template for planning placement, and looked like they were packaged well, unfortunately every frame in my kit arrived noticeably damaged.
