I just joined the company and I will be responding to any questions let in the portal going forward. In response to your question about our Westclox Coffee Cup Wall Clock, it will make a very faint ticking sound due to the fact that it is battery operated. Also, the way the internal mechanisms and the gears are put together means that when they move, they make a sound in order to push the hands forward. Which is why the ticking noise occurs. Again, this is very typical with a battery operated clock. Vjrhein, our customers have told us that they find this clock to be very attractive. Especially, in the kitchen as a home decor piece.
