Q: Can you please tell me the inside diameter of this clock? Just the clock face, not including the frame. And can the back be taken off so that the face can be replaced? Thanks.
A: Hi Robin. Good morning and thank you so much for your inquiry. With regards to your question about the inside diameter of our 24" Wall Clock according to our Product Specialist we do not have the exact dial size on this model. In terms of the back of the clock being removed, I’m sure that it can be taken off. However, if you were to do so that would go against our One-Year Limited Warranty that we cover for all of our clocks. Robin, we care about our customers and we wouldn't want that to be the case. Therefore, please contact us at anytime should you have any questions or issues at all about anyone of our products. I would be more than happy to assist you. Robin, thank you so much for sending us your question. Best regards!

Q: Is this clock quiet
A: Hi Amm. Good afternoon and thank you for leaving a message in the portal for us. I am very sorry for not responding back to your question that you had left about the Westclox Vintage Dial Lens Wall Clock. I just joined the company and I will now be responding to any questions left in the portal going forward. Amm, in response to your question about the clock's quietness since the clock is battery operated you will hear a slight ticking sound coming from it. Amm, the ticking sound that you hear is coming from the internal mechanisms and the gears that are put together. Meaning, when the both of them move together they make a sound in order to push the hands forward. This is quite common with battery operated clocks and this is one of our most popular wall clocks. Amm, I hope that you enjoy this clock for a very long time and thank you so much for your question. Best regards!
