Super cute clock and I’m so disappointed it doesn’t do its basic job. The hour hand does not get directly to the hour until about 15 minutes after the hour. So when it’s noon, the minute hand points straight up, but the hour hand is only about 3/4 of the way to the 12. It’s maddening. Returned it to get another, assuming it was a defect, but they all do that. Disappointed

I put the battery in and noting. Then looking closer I see that the contacts are a little different than most I have seen. So turned battery around and it works. I am so happy as I really like the clock. Even though it is plastic it looks like wood. I think the battery compartment looks a little different than I am accustomed to because they figured out how to make it cheaper with less metal. I wonder if other people made the same mistake I did. Thank God I don't have to return and reorder because clocks are not the easiest item to get in good shape after shipping.

Got it on clearance for $10.00. I saw it for $35.00 one day, but am glad I waited. It works fine and I have had it for 6 months now. I waited due to the negative reviews, and when I walked down the aisle a week later, saw it for 10 bucks and grabbed it. It hasn't disappointed me yet, and does not run fast or slow. It keeps up with my iPhones clock and shows the correct time. Love the modern look; it is a classy clock.

This clock looks great. Great size and detail. Problem is I have had it a couple of months and the hands now are getting stuck and it no longer stays going. Not worth the purchase. Should last for years. The batteries are lasting longer than the purchase.
