Q: How to change the time

A: Hi Vij, thank you for your question. To change the time, simply use the time setting wheel on the back of your clock. The time setting wheel is located on the movement of the clock, just above the battery terminal. Please note, only use the time setting wheel to set the time. Manually manipulating or rotating the hands on the front of the clock can damage the clock. When changing the time at daylight savings, we recommend updating the battery used in your clock so that you avoid any battery corrosion or aging battery. Battery corrosion can damage the battery terminal and an aging battery impacts the clock's ability to keep accurate time. We hope this information is helpful to you! Minor details you can't unsee
This is a large, beautiful clock that goes perfectly in my space. BUT my husband pointed out that the tick marks are the exact same as the number 1 in 12. So it's not really a 1, and it's longer than the 2 and now I can't unsee it. I really wish they had actually made a 1 for the 12.

Flawed and cheap
I thought this looked like such an elegant clock for my living room. I picked it up and brought it home without realizing that the hand base was bent. It’s only a flimsy piece of tin. I’m exchanging it today for what I can only hope it a much better one.
