Feels cheap compared to other Room Essentials frames. Plastic is gritty. The glass in the front of one of my frames arrived broken. They didn't put anything in there to protect the items.

Photos for item are accurate. Comes w plastic black frame and glass cover. No frame border on the back. Very simple to stand. Not sure how the frames were hung in the product photos because the hang tabs are flimsy but i found a workaround using thumbtacks. They fit perfectly into the small space where you open the backing to insert your photo.

Although the order arrived one day earlier than posted, it arrived in a box that was NOT SEALED/OPENED COMPLETELY and apparently damaged during transit. There was the actually product in that destroyed box and luckily the item that I ordered arrived with no damage. It was very disappointing that the UPS delivery personnel just mentioned casually that although the outer box was damaged, the inside box seemed fine. I’ll give positive marks for the actual product but negative marks for packaging and delivery!

The pictures shown are not included. The frames are plastic with glass, very sturdy and well made. I especially love how I can hang them on the wall and the attached stand doesn't get in the way and/or make the picture float all crooked.
