Nope.
The bottom part is made out of thick felt, and the flap part is made out of thin plastic pleather material. In addition, the button on the right side lays right on the fragile joystick. So when the kids go to close it, it pushes down on it repeatedly. Not worth more than five bucks.

Garbage waste of money
This is literally garbage. I was so excited, thinking I would get a cute new purse that I could carry my Switch OLED to my boyfriend's, but the white part literally feels like it's made of packing foam and looks dirty. Don't waste your money like I did -_-;

My girls love them!
Very cute! I got my daughters (8 & 11) each one for Christmas and they love them. I got the pink and the mint. The switch fits perfectly and there’s a bit of extra room to throw in earbuds or those little black things that slide into the joy cons.
