About the Author

Paloma Hornos es licenciada en ADE por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), pero ha desarrollado su carrera profesional como psicoterapeuta y formadora experta en Inteligencia Emocional y en herramientas para la gestión de las emociones. Ha sido galardonada con el premio «Excelencia Educativa 2021». Miembro de la Asociación Nacional de Terapeutas en Técnicas de Libertad Emocional es directora de Gestión Emocional y creadora del método «Loosestrés» para la gestión del estrés. Compagina su consulta privada con la formación, impartiendo cursos y seminarios tanto en el ámbito empresarial como en el docente, y con la divulgación, participando en diversos congresos internacionales y como articulista para diversos medios en España y Latinoamérica. Dirige y presenta el programa de radio especializado en educación y crianza «Crecer» en Libertad FM.
