Interactive Rolling Ball Cat Toy - Boots & Barkley™

Our cat is obsessed with this toy! When the toy is on, you can press the power button on the ball to change the speed from blue (slow) to green (fast) and red (fast but with pauses). Holds a charge well, keeps our cat entertained. Overall great purchase!

The toy has a great concept the way it rolls in different directions, suddently stopping for an unpredictable amount of time, before moving again. Problem is it’s agrresive - super fast, and very loud on wood floors! My cats observed it but were far too intimidated to play, even after extended time. It does have 3 different settings, but I couldn’t tell them apart - none of them slow the toy. After 10 min of the toy racing through my house my cats were hiding and the blue tail had somehow got caught on something and pulled off.

This plastic ball has a fuzzy tail at the end of it that rolls and swishes around electronically. The toy gets charged with a USB charge (charging cable included), but sadly the toy barley held a charge and would die after just a little bit of play. After less than a day the toy stopped working all together. It would start to roll and then just stop. Even after fully charging it this would happen. Also, the bushy tail started falling off. Do not waste your money on this toy! It was too much in my opinion for a poorly made toy that did not last long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cat actually really likes this toy. It is simple to set up and start. It actually loses battery power fairly quickly. However, it doesn’t take long to plug into a USB to recharge. I wasn’t a fan that it picks up so much hair and gets clogged on the sides. However, that is also easily removable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat preferred to play with the tail when this toy was turned off. It is easy to charge and it can be different colors. It moved too fast for my skiddish kitty. She didn’t enjoy how it would come at her or go crazy in the corner. I’d recommend this toy for a kitty that doesn’t mind a fast moving unpredictable toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I purchased this toy for my cat who is a bit older and a bit lazy. I thought it would be super cool and a way to get her to be more active. Unfortunately, this was not the case. She was pretty terrified of it every time it moved. It also moved so quickly that when she did attempt to play with it, it just went so fast and she could not keep up. It literally flew around the house in about 30 seconds. I personally feel a more active, younger cat would get a kick out of this toy, but my cat did not.

A little too crazy. This thing rockets around the room so aggressively/quickly that my cats don’t even have a chance to understand what is happening. Ended up having to return it.

Plastic bit broke within a week, barely any use. Cat loved it while it was working.
