He has worked as a Professor in the Department of Political Science at Central University of Haryana, Mahendergarh. He has attained his research degrees, MPhil/Ph.D., from School of International Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. He has worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow on Global Health at the International Institute for Global Health (IIGH), United Nations University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
