Q: Can you please tell me if the mount is movable from side to side left to right up and down while holding the phone so that I can change the direction of the phone. How much can it turn from side to side? I don’t see any description about that. Thanks.

submitted byRena - 5 months agoTarget expert supportA: Hi Jenny, The CD Mounting Bracket stays in a fixed position, and the cradle of the mount (which actually holds the phone) is connected to that piece with a ball joint so that it can be angled towards you (or rotated between landscape and portrait). The cradle doesn't really slide side-to-side or up and down, but the ball joint allows you to angle the cradle up to 40° from center in any direction, so it has a pretty wide range of motion.

submitted byJoe - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: Hi Elizabeth, If the CD slot (where you insert the Disc) is the same as a regular CD player it shouldn't make a difference. In either case, we recommend removing any CDs before installing the product to avoid damaging the discs.

Q: Can you play a CD while using this?
A: If you still want to use the CD player to play CDs we would recommend exploring another mounting option such as the Air Vent, Dashboard/Windshield, or Cupholder mounts.

The Easy One Touch 5 CD Slot Mount attachment has connector blades that are around 4 inches wide, so as long as your CD opening is a standard size, it will work. We provide an extra bracket that you can insert into the mount to help create a more snug fit in the event that the mount does not fit into the CD player securely when installed. We always recommend trying to install without the bracket first. Q: Is there a way to remove the little bracket? I installed the mount without it first, as reccommended, but it was too loose,so I added the bracket. Now it's too snug and I can't secure the mount into place.
A: Hi Ginger23, you should be able to pull the tab out easily. If that doesn't work, remove all the screws to take it out. Hope this helps.

Q: Does this work if your phone has a pop socket on the back of it?
