I've always just kept my phone in my lap when I was using it for directions while driving, which is of course very dangerous and illegal in Texas. I knew that I needed an air vent mount for my phone, and this is next level. I love that it charges and that it's wireless as well. works great with my Jetta and iPhone! Definitely recommend trying it out.

Phone charges pretty quickly too! It's also compact so it doesn't take up alot of room. There is also an app thst you can use to locate your last parking spot!

The magnet is really strong, even if you have a phone with a case. The only thing I didn’t like about it was that I had to buy a separate piece to then be able to charge my phone wirelessly. It doesn’t charge all phones right from the box, some will need to buy a separate attachment.

I'm able to charge my phone during my 60 minute drive to/from work, so I don't even have to plug it up at home anymore. It also makes things SO much easier when I'm using my phone for navigation, since it's magnetically mounted right in front of me (which leaves my hands free to actually drive, rather than fumble around with my phone). The magnetic mount is strong, so I don't have to worry about my phone falling off, and it really does charge it fast.

This meant I needed a new charger and mount, luckily this came in which was perfect timing especially with me updating my phone to one that can wirelessly charge. The process of adding the extra metal pad on so it would stay stuck to the charger was simple. And the extra backing to protect my phone was a nice plus. Now I can charge my phone without having to worry about extra cords, or trying to get out of the car forgetting it's plugged in, and messing up the charger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was doing it all wrong, the iOttie has fast forwarded me into another level of productivity! Installation is simple, attach the mount to one of your vents, adjust position, secure it and then connect the cigarette lighter charging adapter if you want to charge while mounted. Otherwise the cigarette adapter provides charging by cord to other devices as well. The iOttie can be used with either an iOS or an android device so if you have 2 phones ( or a partner or friend rides with you) both of the included magnetic strips can be used to adhere devices to the mount, but only one at a time. Having my phone mounted with charging capabilities enables me to keep a charge, see the screen and simply grab it when exiting the car without fear of a dead battery.

I almost always have directions up on my cell phone and having this stationary cell phone mount has made it so much easier. I haven't figured out how to get it to charge my phone yet but even without that feature I love it!

At first I was a little concerned whether the one magnet on the bottom would be enough to hold my heavy iphone 11, but paired with the sticky pad on the top my phone feels super secure, even around big turns. It charges ridiculously fast with a case on it, and I had no issues getting it to stay on my air vent. This is easily the nicest mount I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone that needs to use their GPS a lot while driving, or who likes to keep their phone handy.

I didn’t use the extra magnets provided on my silicone phone case and it still charges super fast. I liked how the vent holder fits snugly and even locks into place.
