iPad (Air 11") Screen Protector with Application Tray - heyday™

The screen protector comes with great instructions for installing on your iPad. I like that it includes the cleaning pack to prep your iPad for installation. I was not able to apply it to my iPad because this one is for iPad Air 11, it does not work for an iPad 11 inch (A16).

I think the idea behind this product is a good one but the execution needs some work. The instructions had me place my iPad facedown in the application tray and remove the film. Then I was supposed to use a tab to help lift it out of the tray. Unfortunately, that tab was fused to some cushioning foam in the tray so when I tried to lift it, it peeled the newly applied screen protector back off of my pad allowing all sorts of bubbles. I had to fight to tear that free from the tray. Once I got that loose I had an installed protector but it had tons on bubbles. I could only press so many of them out. Then I was instructed to break the lifter tabs off. In doing so, it leaves behind rough edges that are unpleasant. I also found that when I placed my iPad back into its case those rough edges are just enough to catch on the case and cause those edges to lift as you can see in the photos. For that reason, I don’t think I’d recommend this product. I think it needs some work.

It was difficult to actually get a shot of the screen protector in action due to the reflection. But trust me when I say it fits perfectly! It is doing an amazing job protecting my iPad device. The application tray made it very easy to apply and line it up just right. It was a breeze. The iPad responsiveness is great with this screen protector. Does what it needs to do!

Easy to install. Scratch resistant so far. It clings to the screen very well. It fits the iPad just right and it protects it very well. The thickness is just right. I would buy this screen protector again.

The screen protector is wonderful and worth it, but the process of putting it on was different than an other protector I’ve ever used. The protector doesn’t leave very much for fingerprints, very happy with that. I had to read the instructions a few times to understand how I was supposed to put it on, and thought I was doing it wrong the whole time. I did do it right and it was actually super easy and basically foolproof. Looks great on my tablet. Haven’t had on long enough to know longevity. Had good coverage.

The screen protector works well overall and has great touch sensitivity with no issues when typing, swiping, or scrolling. However, installation was not easy, and I ended up with quite a few bubbles that have been annoying and still have not gone away. It provides good protection and responsiveness, but the difficult application process and lingering bubbles keep it from being a perfect product.

This screen protector includes an application tray that helps with good alignment and installation. Just follow instructions and prep your device before installation to avoid bubbles. The touch sensitivity is not affected.

This screen protector is a perfect fit for my new iPad Air! The screen is still clear provides great protection. It adhered flawlessly and the directions were super easy to follow. Using the provided tray made applying the screen as close to the edge as possible! It’s not too thick and gives a smooth finish.

So easy to apply onto the ipad, no issues or bubbles after applying. No fingerprints when installing, very nice and feels smooth on the ipad. Very good quality. Very satisfied with this product.

Installing this on my iPad was relatively easy. There are good instructions along with pictures. In some of the steps, there is a bit more resistance than expected making me think i was doing something wrong, but i just needed a bit more force. Included wet wipe and microfiber cloth made it easy to get the screen clean. Installed with no bubbles and no finger prints. There is a lot of waste generated from this package, but it makes installation perfect.
