Iâ€:tm:ve been taking this product for about two years. I was looking for a Vitamin C without calcium. This product also has Flaxseed Oil, Echinacea and the Bioperine Complex, all of which are helpful. I feel that I need something like this as I help with grandkids, and we all need to stay well during the pandemic. If I run out, I notice a difference.
