I love how short the ingredient list is with no additives, makes it tastes genuinely homemade. The texture is quite smooth, not gritty or too thick, spreads wonderfully on crackers. The flavor is bright with the tangy lemon, though I wish it was just a bit more heavy on the dill. It’s got a nice acidity with the lemon and there isn’t an overbearing sweetness which I like.
