  • A: Thanks for your question! Our topsheets are made exclusively with certified organic cotton. We do not use non-organic cotton anywhere in our products. In addition to organic cotton, our pads include a few other thoughtfully selected materials to ensure comfort and performance. These include a chlorine-free natural wood pulp and super absorbent polymer in the core (these are for absorption), a plant-based PLA backsheet, and a wrapper made from paper with a plant-based film, along with release paper, a small sticker, and adhesive. truly the best brand of menstrual products i’ve ever used. i can’t recommend enough. all natural and always dry. never cold and never crinkly. biodegradable and not bad for the environment. super absorbent and doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing a pad. my absolute favorite!!

BEST PADS IVE EVER TRIED

I am 35 years old, and have always used pads or sometimes tampons. I hated all pads I have ever tried, dreaded shark week because of it. Ever since I tried August I dont dread shark week. The pads are comfortable never sticky dont get damp and gross, no leakage, on heavy days, and then the fact that I could get them shipped as needed was a major plus! never have to worry about running out of them.

These are the only pads my daughter will use because they are the most comfortable and don't leak, which is fine with me, because as her mom, I know they are safe and organic, good for her and the planet.

It’s a pad. Nothing original or amazing about this product. For the product and price I will choose something else next time. They do tend to bunch, so I had leaking quite a bit.

Would Recommend!

I have used their pads for a few years now and I love them! I noticed I get less irritation during my periods and they feel better than other pads. I would definitely recommend! Just be careful not to get the packaging wet since it isn't waterproof. :)

The best ever

I didn't realize what I was missing out on until I tried these. They are SO comfortable. I have tried every pad on the market, especially those claiming to be "clean" but are not. These are hands down the best! I also love what the company stands for. Just a 10/10 perfect brand and product. Thanks for caring and advocating for clean menstrual products and women in general!

The best and most comfortable ever

I never thought before now that pads could be comfortable and quiet. I don't even notice wearing these pads, and I don't get the whooshing sound with these while walking like when I wear other pads. I will be rebuying and telling everyone about them. I've already been handing them out like candy when a friend asks for one. Love these so so much!

Best pads ever

I have switched from using Always to August pads. These are truly the softest pads. I never have irritation from these pads, I barely notice they're there. Anything that makes having a period less miserable is a win in my book.
