Q: Can the wings be tucked under the pad rather than the panties? I would like to try these pads, but I don't like liners/pads with wings.

  • A: For pads with wings, we recommend removing the sticker from the center of the pad and wrapping the wings around the sides, pressing into the underside of underwear for a more secure fit.

Amazing absorption

I think these pads are amazing. They are pure cotton which makes them breathable and comfortable. They provide wonderful absorbency which os good for heavy days. They are jot made with synthetic plastic which is good for sensitive skin.

These are my favorite pads! They are not very bulky, and don’t have this odd plastic texture that many non-natural pads have. They are very absorbent, and keep dry, which is overall a better experience.

Pros: You can hardly feel it and it generally stays in place and doesn’t bunch up. Cons: The wings don’t stick at all and the adhesive on the actual pad doesn’t go all the way to the back so it is kind of left “flopping”. Overall the adhesive is weak. I’d probably buy these again for light days and spotting because I can’t feel I’m wearing it and I like that the top layer is cotton. But it could be improved.

Awful. Leaks like crazy

I've been using Always ultrathin pads for most of my adult life (I am in my early 50s). I bought these "pure cotton" ones because I've noticed that natural cotton fiber pads hold less odor. Well, I have had more leaks in the last three days than I have had in my entire life of periods. They are absolutely disasterous. Also, because these have been such a failure I looked at the box again and realized that only the cover is cotton. The rest is synthetic. So why are they called "pure cotton"? It's misleading. Just more greenwashing to lure people into buying a bad product. My advice to Always: if you just make something good, you don't have to manipulate people into buying it.

Leak proof and breathable

My experience with product is great love the pads with wings and I don't usually wear pads but I like these and use them on my period during the night because I have a heavier flow then. And you can actually breathe in them unlike a lot of pads I have tried in the past and definitely leak proof.

Perfect match for my sensitive skin

I have been using Always for years during my time I use Always Maxi or Always Ultra Thin I got skin irration. Every since I switched to Always Pure Cotton almost a year ago or less I feel like I get less irritation

Comfortable and leak-free

I absolutely LOVE these pads, they are so comfortable and breathable. I use the size 1 on lighter days, and I have never leaked while using these. If you want comfort and protection at the same time, these are the pads to use for sure! I give these a 10/10

Fits and sits

Oh my gosh! These are sooo comfortable! I wear these any time I want freedom of movement. They are super absorbent and block leaks, plus they are so so soooo breathable. These fit wonderful and you won’t regret it.

These are so super soft, just fits nicely on and doesnt feel heavy and has a barely there type of feel. The plus side it smells very fresh keeps the flow in and no leaks.

Comfortable but not that breathable as regular “always “. Absorbency is ok but not exceptional and leakage protection is good. Fit is comparable to other always products. Definitely recommend but I used it with combinations of other products .

Great for incontinence

I suffer from incontinence and these are great pads to keep embarrassing leaks at bay. They are very thin but prevent leaks nicely. They fit really well in my panties and are not bulky or uncomfortable.
