1. Add 1/2 inch of water and desired number of links to saucepan. Cover.
2. Simmer over MEDIUM heat 5 to 7 minutes or until hot throughout.
Microwave
1. Place one link on microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely.
2. Microwave on HIGH 35 to 45 seconds until hot throughout.

nacho cheese?
I like to cut these in half before I cook them so the weird nacho cheese stuff i discovered oozing out was a total bummer...the cheese is going to melt anyway so why begin with liquid cheese? In the future i will spend the extra $1 and buy name brand. These are not as good as their name brand competitors.

Flavor and quality is great. Casing is so tough to bite through. This only seems to be happening with the last few packages I purchased so I think they changed the formula. If the next pack it tough, we will not continue to buy these.

I agree with what others said about the casing needing improvement. They seemed to lose a lot of moisture when heating (I heated mine in the microwave for 45 seconds). That was the reason I took off one star. But…the flavor of these is incredible! These are so delicious!! They have the right amount of heat and cheddar cheese flavor. It brings joy to my tastebuds! It appears that these are being replaced by “Hatch Chilies and Cheddar.” NOT THE SAME! The casing “is” definitely better with hatch chilies variety. But it totally lacks flavor! I’m glad I only bought one package of the Hatch Chilies and Cheese. Why couldn’t you just improve the casing on these? The Jalapeño and Cheddar flavor did not need any improvement. I need to look for a new Jalapeño sausage. So sad these are being discontinued.

My favorite!
The casing is funky I wish it wasn’t like that, but the taste is SO GOOD that I don’t even care. I’ve had many brands of chicken sausage and this is my favorite one by a landslide. Sad my local target replaced this flavor with the habanero one, which isn’t as good in my opinion.

I bought this product on August 10, 2024 and when I was about to c’ook one I noticed the wrapping puffed up. Not to mention I haven’t even opened it and yes it’s the same sausages I bought on August 10th. I thought it was my fridge but fridge is fine…I look at the box expiration date which EXPIRED on June 27, 2024. Would recommend checking the expiration date from now on since I lost my trust with Target. Very disappointing.
