The flavor is pretty good, but it’s practically impossible to bite through the casing because it’s so tough. Do yourself a favor and cut the sausage up first or try to remove the casing.

The casing they are in is way too thick and almost impossible to bite through. I followed the directions for the microwave and maybe that’s why but I couldn’t eat them unless I peeled them. Taste was good but experience was terrible

I bought this product on August 10, 2024 and when I was about to c’ook one I noticed the wrapping puffed up. Not to mention I haven’t even opened it and yes it’s the same sausages I bought on August 10th. I thought it was my fridge but fridge is fine…I look at the box expiration date which EXPIRED on June 27, 2024. Would recommend checking the expiration date from now on since I lost my trust with Target. Very disappointing.

I don’t know how this has any positive reviews!! The outside skin is so tough to even chew, it’s so thick. I couldn’t even cut it correctly! The flavor is bland, it feels like you’re chewing on rubber. Deff do not recommend.

Had to write a positive review because I saw so many bad ones. This is delicious! I’ve never had chicken sausage before but it tastes very good in comparison to a typical jalapeño cheddar sausage. The casing is good, I had no problems chewing it as some people claim. I cooked it as directed and then sliced them down the middle and cooked on the same pan with some butter for an extra couple minutes to get the outside a bit crispy. Maybe that helped the casing. Definitely will be getting again!

These just taste good in general, I love spicy cheesy things and I can’t say it’s too much of either but 9 month pregnant me found these delicious with mustard and a bun. Easy meal that I don’t feel guilty about. (I saw the reviews about the casing and I didn’t find them tough at all) I wish there were more than 4 in a pack, but it’s really nice that they’re individually wrapped basically… like string cheese wrapper lol

I had to spit out the casing since after chewing and chewing it never broke down, is like rubber or plastic. I would have loved them if not for this problem.
