Envelopes were shipped quickly, but ended up being the wrong ones. Once I called you about the error, arrangements for shipping the correct order were handled with friendly efficiency…and the envelopes went through my inkjet with ease. I do, however, resent being asked to agree to terms and conditions for submitting a review. You may be covering your bases w.r.t. certain legal matters, but it leaves a brusque impression that seems altogether out of keeping with how you do business otherwise. I'm nettled enough to downgrade my rating from five stars to four.
