Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Service This table was very poorly made and arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service to explain that I’d need to hire help to get it down from my townhouse, they showed no concern and scheduled the pickup for the very next day without any flexibility. The quality of the product was bad enough, but the lack of support from customer service made the experience even worse.
