JanSport Big Student 17.5" Backpack

We got the butterfly pattern cuz she loved it but unfortunately I have to return it because the shoulder straps were so hard that they hurt her shoulders and it was not even heavy. It was uncomfortable carrying this for more than 5 minutes. Also the flaps running along the zippers were such a hassle....have to lift them up everytime you need to access the zippers. Everyone says this brand is good but we are clearly disappointed! Not for us! e

I got the Fresh Mint color and it is so pretty! However, people complain that it is cheap material and it breaks easily, but it all depends on how you treat the product. If you don't care about the backpack and slam it on the ground and drag it, expect the disastrous result. Don't complain to Jansport that the bag broke because of how cheap the material is. It's all about how you treat your bag. If you take care of your bag, you won't be getting those outcomes. Just be cautious on how you treat it! Anyways, the bag itself is great quality and I definitely recommend! However, if you are considering buying a lighter color, it might get dirty fast! Bought this backpack for my 6 year old grandson. I thought it was a little on the pricey side for a backpack but it matched the lunchbox he already had. It’s the perfect size and the zippers are easy to open and close. It has plenty of space and extra exterior pockets.

I loved the package. I received it before the expected time. The backpack is beautiful.

It was not a good backpack the zipper got stuck 4 times and the water bottle holder broke

It looks good but feels a lot cheaper than Jan sport backpacks used to feel. Do not think it was worth the money maybe $20 tops. Will not be buying this brand again. Smaller than I thought it would be also

You denied my return of order #912002632503698 when it was returned in original packaging and condition within the 30 day return window, keeping my money and my return. Target sucks! Everyone, boycott!

Love Jansport backpacks. They’re durable, well-designed, and their warranty is great. I’ve had previous Jansport backpacks with minor issues, and Jansport has taken them back, fixed them, and shipped them back to me. Great way to repair rather than replace.

I’m so disappointed, just got home from Target - we made a special trip to go and buy this bookbag, which was more expensive than Amazon but my daughter wanted to go ahead and get all school supplies ready, and then we realized the seam that holds the water bottle is undone. Now have to go all the way back to return because it has to be done in-store. Maybe a little bit more attention to guarantee quality would be great.

This back pack lasted me throughout all of high school and middle school. Absolutely loved it! Would definitely get one again!

I would give this zero stars if I could. It was $60 and completely fell apart the first time I washed it. Didn’t even last half the school year!! And target wouldn’t return it since it was past the 90 day return window. What a waste! Save your money. Jansport is not worth it!
