my backpack riped in half on the first month like what a seventy dollor backpack should be better

The size and variety of storage have been great for my high schooler. However the zipper on the main compartment has constantly gotten caught on the fabric, jammed, “off track”, and is now just broken. After only 3 months of use it is very disappointing

Cute backpack, but the bottom fell out right away. Tried to fix it, but it didn't last. The leather bottom is definitely not supportive enough.

Daughter has been very happy with it.

Too small

The bottom part is starting to peel, I try to take care of my backpack but it still not lookin good. My sisters have had their backpacks for years and they still look good.

Fit was spot on, the color was gorgeous and she absolutely adored it!

One of my Favorite Backpacks. I have owened mine for over 29 years. I have used it for multiple occasions including an abundance of traveling around the world. I now have four kids ranging from High school to 5th grade and am buying each one of them one. I hope that they can also enjoy it for many years and find them as practicle and sturdy as I have found mine. I high ly recomend this backpack!!!

Sturdy and spacious!

The classic navy blue Jansport with the reinforced leather bottom has been a staple for my son. He wants to have this through middle school and high school. He did the matching pencil case and lunch box to go for the navy blue preppy look. Durable, super big but not overwhelming. Love this bag!

would be 5 stars if the lap top pouch was separate- love the leather bottom

My daughter chose this bag last year because she needed a bit more space, and I also purchased the warranty. Now, just a year later, the inside of the bag is completely torn due to carrying books. Despite having the warranty, I've been emailing customer service multiple times for over a month. They asked me to send more detailed photos, which I did, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I'm very frustrated, especially because school starts tomorrow and this has been dragging on for about a month with no resolution

Faux leather on back pack peeled after literally 10 uses ( 2 weeks of school) and JanSport rejected to repair it. They said it was normal wear and tear issues. WOW 10 uses wear and tear not for that price maybe a ziplock bag but that might even last longer.
