I have read that glutathione is destroyed by the digestive tract before it can reach the body. I had to try this, but I now believe that to be true. I trust Jarrow products, but I don't think this did me any good. No harm either. I am now trying a sublingual form that seems to have some effect. It is also available from Swanson's: Source Naturals. I intend to add the precursor to glutathione, NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) in hopes that together they will have a better effect.

I have been taking glutathione for years. I was paying more somewhere else but now only buy it from Swanson's. I take this about six times a day, some days more. I am chemically sensitive and can tell when I need to take it again since I will feel bad. Thanks Swanson's for a great product with a more affordable price!

This may be my #1 supplement and I take 30 different supplements. I take 1 capsule in the morning and it lasts all day enhancing my other supplements.

I am willing to be a fool for this supplement, because that is how much I believe it has already helped me. Within seconds of taking this, it seemed to wake up my brain and all of a sudden I had a sunnier disposition. I instantly became more optimistic and with a quicker, lighter and more positive reaction to anything. It's the difference between being surly and negative to being chipper and perky, and it seems to last all day. I take 1 500 mg reduced glutathione (RG) capsule with my morning vitamins. I tried taking a second capsule at lunch but that seemed too much, so I just take one capsule per day in the morning . I tried taking it before bed, but I didn't seem to sleep as well and I think woke up tired the next morning. I soon realized RG may be the most important supplement I take and I take about 30 supplements right now for various things. The positive effect is nevertheless subtle and RG would be easy to ignore or pass over as unimportant or unnecessary. There is recent research that RG is not absorbed if taken orally, but I prefer to believe the subjective, anecdotal but very positive reviews here and elsewhere that reflect that people just know that RG helps them a lot with many things such as their attitude or outlook on life. Like I say, RG is almost unnoticeable but at the same time for me life changing. RG tips the scales to make one not want to complain about things. I believe RG turns me from being a generally grumpy pessimist to an optimist. That is how powerful but subtle, effortless and nonchalant reduced glutathione is. Before you know it, RG has changed you, so don't underestimate what reduced glutathione may be doing for you. I hope to never stop taking RG if I can just remember that it makes my life simply brighter and more positive from an unsuspected and easily overlooked source, reduced glutathione.

This product works in conjunction with the HCL I already take. I find I am able to eat better without having to take more supplements.

I've been taking this product for 2 months and am astounded as to the benefits that I have seen so far. I wish that I were allowed to share with you just how it has helped. I will never go without this supplement. It has made a real difference in my health.

I take for convenience when I don't want to take the 3 precursors to glutathione. Always take with vitamin C and ALA for best effect. Same as the Dr.Sherry Rogers detox mix but lots cheaper.

I just ordered my second bottle. After only a few days, I could see that my skin looks and feels better. I am over 50 and have tried numerous skin care products, but this is the first supplement I am excited about. It seems expensive, but if I use less creams and lotions then maybe it's a bargain.
