Description
The Jaxx 7 ft Sofa is the biggest bean bag we make. Big enough for up to three people, this sofa is filled with finely shredded furniture grade polyurethane foam and covered with soft yet durable Microsuede. Available in a variety of colors, our Microsuede covers are both removable and machine-washable. Each bean bag includes a protective inner-liner with childproof zipper that keeps the filling out of reach when cleaning the cover. To clean the cover, wash with cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Fluff as needed.

Tried to get help from Customer Care due to my cover not fitting over the bag. Tried to take pieces out of the bag to make it smaller like customer care stated, but when trying to close the cover as putting pieces back into the bag the cover will not still close. Not sure what happened but I am not able to get cover over bag and it seems like I cannot get help to fix this issue for what I paid to be a quality item and so far have not been able to get this handled after having the unit for a over 4 weeks now. Sad to see how this has been handled through your company.

I gave if four stars because it's so heavy and hard to fluff. Otherwise I love this bean bag. It's a lounge chair Bean bag. It's very comfortable and PACKED with for. Being 7ft long that makes it very heavy. It takes m6 two 6'4 sons to help me fluff it and get it in a position I like. The pattern is so pretty. Once I'm settled in it I'm so comfy. I figured out ways of getting in and out. I used the couch next to me and turn around and kneel in the beanbag. Overall a great purchase for comfort

I bought my Jaxx bean bag couch over ten years ago. I originally bought it for my back pain....oh what a relief it was. 2 years ago I bought some extra fill. No problem adding it. I dreaded washing the cover. No problem getting it off or back on. I moved into a small apartment while our house is being built so I gave my bean bag to my daughter. Sleeping on the couch is not the same. Only 8 more months and I get to buy a new one for the new house. I love my bean bag!

I was upset at first since two of the three packaged filling materials had broken open in transit. It made setting up the bean bag harder than it had or be. Or, maybe it was making the mistake of setting it up alone. Or both. However, i’m very pleased with the end product. I waited for the 72 hour inflation period to pass before taking this photo & leaving this review, and this bean bag is huge! It is the size of a three-seater couch, or at least that’s what it’s become in my apartment. I got this item on sale, so all in all, I feel I got what I paid for. Not so sure it was worth the scratches I have from setting this up alone, but it’s a part of the family.

I ordered a large 7.5 foot lounger... i received a 6 foot round pad... when i called to inform them... they said they would make it right and send the right cover and extra filling right away... i waited several days to find out they need me to return the wrong 6 foot cover before they can send the correct cover and extra filling... just too much hassle... better off paying a little more to have a company do what they said they would do ...
