Great quality, easy to "assemble", and very firm but comfortable. It does set quite low to the ground though which makes it a little difficult to get up from; the seat area could be about six inches thicker.

I bought this product via Overstock dot com. I wanted furniture to use in my home office so that it could still be used as a spare bedroom for visiting family. As a loveseat with two block 'end tables' (or together to make a central 'coffee table') it looks sharp and professional. It is comfortable enough for sitting, especially if you have throw pillows. The table blocks are very stable. However, it is low to the ground making it awkward for GETTING UP-- whether as a sofa or as a bed. This product would benefit from a wooden futon base that lifts it up about 5 or 6 inches when in sofa mode. If the base could extend to support it in bed mode, that would be ideal. I am checking to see if Jaxx makes one, or if another company has a base that would fit. Make sure you place this against a back wall to give the sofa back added support.

Like it. Works for my small space and easily converts to a sleeper. I just would hope for an optional platform, maybe 10 inches, that would raise the seating surface to a more normal height. Otherwise, what I expected

Cover began to rip at the seams within a year. Multiple attempts to contact, email, and even offer to pay for new covers were met with dead ends. Not durable enough for a kids room and customer service after purchase non-existent. Wound not recommend.
