Bass cut very obviously when push hard outdoor, leave treble and midrange play loudly such as shouting child singing. I used to own charge 3 which sound more punch and neutral beeter than charge 5 outdoor

If it is on, try turning it off to check if this fixes the problem. If not, please enable it and boost the bass a little bit. Please try other devices to know if it is anissue with the source device. The speaker doesn’t hold the charge. After 3 hours of playing it is completely dead. I’ve charged it all the way up with medium or lower sound level and same thing.

We're here to help with your JBL Charge 5. means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please try this experiment: Charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. Please reach out to our customer support so we can assist with your warranty.

I've been using the Charge 5 for over a month now and absolutely love it!!! It has a very clear and crisp sound. It has cut out a couple times due to Bluetooth I guess but not enough to be a bother.. Would definitely recommend this speaker and would buy it again.

This lil guy packs a HUGE punch. Perfect example of “it’s not the size that counts.” I’m honestly afraid of blowing my own ears away if I turn it up past half volume. The bass is incredible, dare I say “better than my car speakers.”
