I bit the bullet and bought this when it was on offer, as my old speaker finally gave up the ghost and I don’t think it had a single original part left ! Really impressed, my classes have all commented how good the sound is, and the lights add a fun effect during the darker months! I wish the sound didn’t dip when you increase the volume, but it’s a small detail when the rest is so good!

I bought the Partybox 310 a few weeks ago for an event I was hosting at the park and it has been amazing. It’s loud, easy to set up, and the lights add a nice touch to the party vibe. The only downside is when I’m trying to connect it to the Encore 2 it’s a bit difficult as I think it uses newer technology or a newer JBL operating system.

This is our second large JBL speaker - we’ve had small portable ones for years and when building a pub in the garden we needed music so opted for one of these. It’s been great so when we had the option of a second for half price so we could have stereo it was a no brainer / very pleased

We visited Italy and the house we stayed at had this Partybox. We live in the USA. When we got home my husband surprised me with the Partybox. I love it and it is soooo fabulous. Easy to maneuver, the sound is on point!!!!! I love music and always have it playing. Highly recommend this product.

Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Partybox 310, please check the Equalizer (EQ) settings on your source device, streaming apps, on the JBL Partybox App, and set it to default. We also recommend connecting your speaker to a different device to know if it is an issue with the source device. You may also try doing a factory reset. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices. To do the reset, please hold the Plus and Play button for more that 10 seconds. Your speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to forget the speaker on your device to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

Love my new Partybox 310, and so do my kids! Big sound with crisp highs, nice mids and strong bass! The Partybox app from JBL is also a great way to control speaker levels and the light show. Definitely recommend this… if you’re on the fence, just buy it!

Good base, but the sound was a bit muddy, and there was no separation in the instruments. Traded up to the 710s, and they sound better, although unfortunately, they don’t have a battery like the 310’s
