  • A: These are actually good ear buds. Idk why some people are complaining. They are much louder than those AirPods and they last a good amount of time. I’ve gone through so many AirPods so I stumbled upon these because I know JBL makes really good speakers. Definitely worth the money.

    Too many drawbacks

    I like the look of these headphones, and the battery life is great. However, I have small ears and these earbuds are too big for me, so the fit is very loose and they are prone to falling out. Also something is really wacky with the sound levels. I've had them for less than 3 months and the right ear bud is significantly quieter than the left. There is nothing blocking the speaker, I've checked. If i turn up the volume it seems to switch sides, like lower volume it predominantly comes out the left side, and if I turn it up more the right side will be louder?? I don't really know what's up, but it is annoyine especially because I am on noisy public transit a lot of the time. If I'd known I'd have these issues I would not have purchased,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control by checking the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and the balance control on the JBL Headphone App. Lastly, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If the troubleshooting steps do not work, we'd like to work with you directly to address the issues you're experiencing with your JBL Tune Flex TWS. Please contact our customer support.

    Horrible

    Don't buy. I have had these for over a year. They work fine in the beginning then over time the left ear bud won't connect or charge. Then both dont connect to the phone. I have tried the reset and it works for a short period. You have to constantly clean them to get them to charge. If you want to spend a percentage of your workout trying to get these to work buy them. I would recommend spending more and buying Apple or Samsung.

    Not the best, not worth the money

    I’ll give these a one star as they are comfortable and have a good battery life. But the sound quality is possibly the worst I’ve experienced with these style of ‘EarPods’ when at full volume the audio will be very distorted and you won’t be able to listen to a song properly so you’ll have to turn it down and then you can’t hear anything because it’s too quiet.

    I bought these earbuds a little over 2 months ago and for the first month they have been fine, now they are: 1. Staying connected to my device, while in the case. 2. When i put the earbuds in the case they make this loud beeping noise and it doesn’t stop until i put it on the charger. 3. The LED lights on the charging case are going crazy, flashing and turning off and a whole bunch of other things. I would give 0 stars if I could and I am very disappointed in this product because i use JVL speakers and they are amazing. Very disappointed

    Very disappointed

    Super disappointed in these. They're decent when they work, but they've stopped charging after only a couple months. Half the time, I put them in the case and one or both just won't register that they're in the case, and they won't charge. When they DO charge, the battery life is abysmal. I'm lucky if I can get a single hour of use on a full charge.

    JBL Earbuds: Unexpected Issues in Less Than Two Mo

    I have been a regular user of JBL products for some time, but unfortunately, my recent experience with these earbuds has been very disappointing. They often remain connected even after being placed in the case, and on several occasions, despite a full night of charging, one earbud unexpectedly announces “battery low.” Considering they are less than two months old, these issues are unacceptable—problems like this are what one might expect from earbuds that are several years old, not brand new. It’s frustrating, especially since this is the second time I’ve questioned the quality of a JBL product after a purchase. JBL used to be known for its high standards, but it feels as though the quality may have declined after achieving a large customer base. Before buying, I read reviews mentioning these same issues but assumed they were isolated cases. Unfortunately, I am now experiencing all of them myself, which suggests a broader quality control problem.

    Think twice before purchasing.

    Bought in November 2024, haven't used them much since then but they were great up till last week. Right bud quit working, no lights or sound. Left one works in mono mode but without the Right bud just disappointment.

    It's not what it promises

    I work with noisy tools and in "noise canceling mode" for some reason the sounds are amplified more, this mode is useless. Walking in the rain, the touch sensors went crazy and stopped working for a moment. Now the sound is never the same again. Now the bass is much quieter. Since I bought them, I also had the problem that when I put them in the charging case, they are still connected to the phone and I have to deactivate Bluetooth on the phone for them to disconnect.

    Excellent bass without compromising mids and highs

    Highest bass true wireless earbuds ever used. All JBL products somehow maintain very how quality mids and highs with enormous bass. A great thing to get as a free item with the PB stage 320. The audio is way better than I expected and using it more than I thought I would do.
