  • A: Our JBL Vibe Beam doesn't have a built-in tracker. However, it has a feature that lets you track missing or lost earbuds using the "Find my Buds" feature in the JBL Headphones App. As long as the distance is at least 8 meters and is only operated via Bluetooth connection and not via GPS.

    This is a honest straight review as an irresponsible user: I've dropped the case with the pods in them multiple times in water. I've forgotten I was wearing them in the shower and they got wet throughout multiple instances. I've worn them while mini-karting and one accidentally fell out and someone ran over it and it was still functional. Finally, I've accidentally forgotten it in the washer and dryer multiple times and they still function. The sound quality is good enough for me, the bass is great. I cannot say more but that these JBL vibe beams are really indestructible, they still have been through a year of brutal wear and still function the same as the day they came in the box.

    Really good

    Really good audio and the battery is phenomenal. I use this for everything. It also manages to survive the washer, falling in a cup of water, and the sink two times. The person that says “the battery is low” is incredibly loud though.

    These fit nicely and comfortably in the ear. I wear them about an hour every morning at the gym. The sound quality is awesome as with all my JBL products. The bass is just right and treble is spot on! The only thing I dislike is getting them out of case, it’s a bit cumbersome. Comes with 3 size ear pieces. The case is sleek In design and fit comfortably in pocket. The buds stay in place the whole time without discomfort. After about 6 hrs of use battery life is still good. Very easy to connect to phone and touch button on side of ear bud is easy to use and understand. Would highly recommend. Great noise cancellation as well. Love Em!!

    Thank you for your inquiry. Please check for walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal. We also recommend unpairing your headphones from your device and then manually pairing them again. To do this, tap the earbuds once; on the second tap, hold for 5 seconds while Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Select the unit to pair. Try pairing your headphones to other devices to know if it is an issue with the source. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

    The earbuds work, but app doesn’t

    Fix the app vibe beam earbuds will not be recognized by the app! I tried every possible way to remedy this! Why have an app that can’t even recognize its own products! Major fail? I will not be buying your products again and not recommend your company!

    Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue, and do the following in order. First, go into the app and clear the Cache, then uninstall the app from your device. Next, forget or unpair the JBL Vibe Beam from the Bluetooth list on your device, then reboot the device/phone twice (this is an important step, as it ensures that the device has gone through an entire on/off cycle without ever seeing the app or Bluetooth pairing, so all remnants are removed from the phone). Third, reset the earbuds. After that, pair them to your device. Play some music to ensure a good Bluetooth connection. Lastly, download and install the app, open the app, and allow all permissions (the app will not function without permissions). When the app opens, it should find your speaker and function properly. Please know that we can not guarantee the use of our app when using Beta versions of Operating Systems. If the issue remains, please contact us.

    I hate this warranty replacement

    got these as a replacement warranty. They have so many unnecessary features, like the audio switch with it really freaking annoying. the right side doesnt alway charge. they dont always find each other when they connect. They took the tune235 platform which was incredible and completely trashed it.

    Waste of money

    I bought these less than a month ago. The sound quality is TERRIBLE and trying to adjust the EQ or use any of the preset EQs within the app didn't help improve my experience. I spent several hours trying to fine tune the EQ while listening to podcasts, music, videos. I could only find a barely decent setting. Not worth the money for the trouble. Why not just sell product that has good EQ out of the box? Anyway, it gets one star because they play audio. They just do that poorly.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit securely into the shapre of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Highly recommends!

    Best headphones I’ve came across. Broke my first pair after 2 and a half years. I pop them in at 7AM when i hit the road and I don’t take them off till about 5-6ish when I’m off. Only have to charge them once a day. I highly recommend. 10/10

    Decent return

    The silicone ear piece suck. They fall out of my ear. I was sent two small and one medium. If I stand up they fall out of my ear. Qualify is fine. Not great. I'm going to return since I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Overall not bad. I would recommend if I could use them as advertised.

    Great buds, bad ears

    This is a pretty good budget option. There cheaper than most other earbuds while still having great sound quality. The biggest complaint I have with then is that they won't fit in my ear no matter what u try. Foam tips, putting them in differently, I've tried them all. I can't even stand up or go on a jog without constantly needing to readjust them. And with every other earbud I try they fit perfectly.

    Left Ear Dead

    I have had these for a few months and though sound quality is okay the left earbud is dead and will not charge. Rather dissapointed on the quality but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on a higher quality pair of buds.

    Ear buds

    Sounds great, but when you have small ears and change the little ear thing on it you have to keep the lid down like push it down toware it will charge and sometimes only one ear bud will charge.
