I got these on sale for half off, 25$. The sound quality is unbelievable for a pair of 50$ wireless earbuds! I have AirPods Pro 2nd gen and these are pretty good even when put up against those. These are nowhere near as good as the AirPods Pro’s , but considering the price difference $50<$280 …. These are amazing. If you can’t afford AirPods Pro’s, you will not be disappointed in these. They even have an app you can download with extra features.

Overall fine but don’t feel as comfortable or sound as good as my old JLab in ear bluetooth headphones. Not a lot of bass and kind of low. Plus, people around you will definitely hear the music when you play it loud. Luckily, they were on sale for $25.

When testing out these ear buds out of the box the sound is horrible and not very loud. After downloading the app and changing the sound settings the sound gets much better. The volume isn’t too loud unless you can do a good custom equalizer setting. The ear buds now sound great listening to music and blocking out noise. I haven’t tried making calls on it yet. The issue I still have personally is that they aren’t very comfortable in my ears. I wore them on and off for two days and I did notice that I can’t wear them in my ears while eating. Why? Because they keep coming lose and falling out, which makes me think that talking on the phone with them could have the same problem since both involves moving of the jaw.

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. For our JBL Vibe Beam, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.

Not good for small ears, even with the smallest adapter. I problem is the outer part of the buds that made my ears hurt. I preferred the free earphones they gave on the airplane over this. Buttons were very sensitive to the touch. Accidentally touched buttons when I would adjusted them in my ears. Sound quality was OK.

Our JBL Vibe Beam comes with the JBL Headphones App which allows you to adjust the equalizer settings to improve bass and treble outputs. Another issue could be the audio source you're using might have its own built-in equalization or processing that is affecting the sound. Try playing the same music from a different source to see if the issue persists.

Great sound and fit for a bargain!! I hesitant both to switch to Bluetooth and to get these which had hot and cold reviews. I LOVE them. I have briskly walked 2 miles several days in a row now with no issue. The fullness of sound is better than the wired buds I was using. Ease of connectivity and smart ambient are also great.

Idk why people are hating on these headphones. They sound great for the price point, and the range is unbelievable on how far I can be without the sound cutting off. The fit of the buds could be a bit tighter but overall happy with this purchase.
