I bought these headphones about 18 months ago and still use them everyday at work. For conference calls they are excellent, and even after an 8-hour work day they are comfortable to wear (I have glasses as well). The noise-canceling is very helpful, particularly on flights. I love that I can use these as not only wireless bluetooth headphones, but also as regular plug-in headphones as desired - which I haven't done in a while because the battery life on these is excellent. Also, I keep my computer AND my phone connected to the headphones at the same time. Sound quality for music is also top notch. Well done, JBL!

Replaced the product twice. Each replacement take more than 15 days to process. Recieved my 2nd replacement today and it still has the same problem that my previous one had. Tired of just having to call/email them and get another one. Tired of not having my heaphone because of the replacement. Constant small white noise plays on both sides.

They are very comfortable to use foe extended periods of time. The battery is long lasting, and will charge fairly quickly. I've never had a noise isolation headphone before, so I really do not have anything to make a compassion to, however it will cancel out continuous noise, for example a noisy window fan, air conditioner, airplane engine etc. When such noise is present, the difference is outstanding in my opinion.
