Q: Received mine and it sounds like the metal where the brakes are, rubbing/making noise. Is this normal when first using and eventually goes away? I don’t see it rubbing up against anything though, and it rides smoothly, just annoying to hear.
A: Thank you for your inquiry for the Jeep® PowerGlyde Pro Jogging Stroller. We understand your concern regarding the sound you're noticing near the brake area. While some minor noises can occasionally occur during the initial use of a new stroller as components settle into place, consistent or noticeable rubbing should not persist. If the stroller is riding smoothly and the noise is not accompanied by any visible contact or performance issues, it may diminish with continued use. However, to ensure everything is functioning correctly and safely, we recommend the following: Double-check that both rear wheels are securely attached and fully clicked into place Inspect the brake mechanism to ensure there are no loose or misaligned parts Gently engage and release the brakes a few times to confirm smooth operation If the sound persists, try pushing the stroller without applying the brake to determine if the noise continues independently. If the noise continues and there are no visible causes, we’d be happy to assist further. We look forward to hearing from you.

Q: Where can I download the manual for this? What is the weight limit for the storage basket? BASKET NOT CHILD SEAT
A: Thank you for your question. The Jeep PowerGlyde Pro Jogging Stroller features a large undercarriage storage basket designed to hold your essentials during outings. However, we specify a maximum weight limit of 3 pounds (1.36 kilograms) for this storage basket. Exceeding this weight limit could compromise the stroller's stability and safety. For carrying heavier items, consider using a separate bag or backpack to ensure the stroller remains balanced and functions properly. If you require a copy of the assembly instructions, please visit https://www.deltachildren.com/pages/instructions and enter the required product information so that we may further aid you.

Q: Is there a height limit?
A: Thank you for your question. The height limit for the Jeep PowerGlyde Pro Jogging Stroller is not always clearly specified by height alone, but most jogging strollers—including this model—typically support children up to 50 pounds and around 42 inches tall. These dimensions correspond roughly to a 4- to 5-year-old child, depending on their growth. To ensure safety and comfort: The child should be able to sit comfortably with the harness secure. If their head is above the backrest or canopy when seated, they may have outgrown it.
