Q: I’ve almost gotten this stroller assembled but on of the back legs will not let me put either wheel on. The other leg is just fine, but I am unable to push and click a wheel on one of the legs. Any ideas?
A: We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the wheel attached! For the Jeep PowerGlyde Stroller, both rear wheels should push and click securely into place. If one side won’t allow the wheel to lock on: Double-check that there’s no packing material, dust, or debris inside the axle opening. Make sure the release button or locking pin on that leg isn’t stuck in the “locked” position as sometimes pressing it in and out a few times helps reset it. Try swapping the wheels between the two legs to confirm whether it’s the wheel or the leg that’s causing the issue. If the wheel still won’t click in, the leg or axle may be misaligned or defective.
