A: The pads are unscented but the cleaning solution you put in your jet mop very well might not be.

Q: which side goes to floor
A: Hi cleaner - Thanks for asking! One side of the pad should have two strips on it, which is where it sticks to the Jet Mop. The other side should be more smooth, and that’s the side that goes on the floor. We hope this helps! - Jerith
