Smokey and tasty!

The thickness is perfect and just all around tasty. I use this bacon for every morning breakfast and for meals that require because it doesn’t break apart like others. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] recently tried the Jimmy Dean Applewood Smoked Bacon. The flavor is the perfect balance of smoky and slightly sweet without being overpowering. It cooks up nice and evenly. crispy edges with a little tenderness in the middle, exactly how I like it. What I love most is that it doesn’t shrink down to nothing like some other brands. The strips stay thick and hearty, and the kitchen smells amazing while it cooks. It’s great on its own, in breakfast sandwiches, or crumbled over eggs.

Can be cooked crispy or soft . I prefer mine with a little crisp. You can fry, bake in oven , air fry. Versatile ways on eatting: breakfast sandwich, bacon burger, salad toppings,etc.

The pieces do cook down quite a bit. The bacon had great flavor and texture. It cooked pretty quickly also.

Once cooked, the bacon had a nice crisp-to-meaty texture, and its applewood smokiness came through without being too heavy or salty. The packaging is simple and easy enough to handle, and at 12 oz it felt like a fair amount for a big batch of soup. The bacon held up well through preparation— it didn’t dissolve into nothing, so there were still bits to scoop up with the creamy potatoes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best brands of bacon I've tried. It doesn't shrink too much and cooked evenly. Some cheaper brands shrink 50% and have alot of fat. The hickory taste was very mild but I enjoyed it. It crips up very well in the oven.
