Gratitude
I'm writing this review not to just speak of YanVive but to compliment ActiveHerb products in general. I have been taking many of their herbs for over 7 years and I attribute my good health in part to this regime. I am 81 years young chronologically but my doctor says that. my biological age is much younger. I play tennis, can easily walk 3-4 miles, including hills, do pilates and I'm thankfully not on any prescription. I regularly take JadeDefender and have started taking Qi as well. Occasionally I take bruise mender. Of course I also take non TCM supplements such as Vit. D3+K and Ashwaganda. So thank you ActiveHerb for providing this wholesome product at a fair price and thank you, God.

Very effective
This product seems to be very effective for sexual health and more but soon after I started taking it I realized that what I really needed at the time was yinvive as Yanvive made me too hot so please pay close attention to how your body reacts and adjust. After taking yinvive for months I am slowly introducing yanvive again with good outcomes.

On April 18, 2021 my Chinese acupunctarist recommended this product to strengthen kidneys I bought subsequent bottles at a reduced price from Actve herbs Have been taking these since. This is long term treatment and no side effects i All I know is that I trust Chinese herbal medicine and my acupuntarist diagnostic skills. Conversely I mistrust western drugs . A western medicine doctor goes strictly by "numbers" in blood lab reports but cannot catch very subtle imbalances in the body, . Stops the cold feeling in me !!
I love this herb , I started taking this for the cold feelings I have in my whole body . I take 6 tablets 3 times a day when I start feeling cold in my feet and hands because the cold feeling leaves after I take it for about a week or until I feel better !! It really helps with giving me a calm feeling after I take the first days dose .

I cant tell much of a difference besides energy level. Bought to help with cold limbs and frequent urination but have seen no change in that area. Started seeing an acupuncturist. Hoping to see results.

Okay.
I think my issue is deeper. My body didn't react solidly in that my skin was still chilled and I felt empty. Jin Kui is giving me the solid feeling and warmth I need right now. Sleep better too.

Kidney health is one of the keys
I know that kidney health is very important in Traditional Chinese Medicine and I seem to have some weakness there so I have been taking Yanvive for about 5 weeks and I ma starting to feel some results. My energy has improved and I don’t have to visit the bathroom quite as often. I just had a long duration of sleep the other night for over 5 hours which is the longest period without awakening in a couple years
