I have only been taking 5 pills once per day for a couple of weeks but I really thing the Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan pills have made difference in my energy level and basic drive or life force. I will continue to take these pills.

I've been taking this daily for months and it helps keep energy levels stable and vigorous. I don't experience the dips in energy I used to. Much less regular lethargy in my life. I just feel crappy less often and it's great.

It's too soon to know if it's going to help with what I got it for (an inguinal hernia), but so far I'm pretty sure it at least hasn't caused me any unusual side effects. I've heard from somewhere else how this product can be helpful for healing/regenerating bone and tissue. I'm using this along with a salve and a support. Hopefully the combo of all of these will help me heal without having to have surgery. That's the goal. Also since it's good for other things too that's always a plus. If over the next few months I see that this has helped, I will definitely continue using it.

When I saw the ingredients, I realized that I have been given this formula many times before for fatigue. So I think it is really a time-tested remedy and safe to use. I think it is something that you should take over time to gently help the immune system. I was really happy to find this "old friend" in such a convenient form because cooking the herbs was not the easiest thing in the world. Thank you for providing QiVive!

My Chinese doc said I needed shen ling bai Zhu for spleen deficiency. When I ordered that bu zhong yi qi wan was offered on the same page to increase energy. Good reviews on it so I got it. I could tell the difference within a day I think. A very short time anyway. It has made a huge difference in my energy levels. Thank you for offering all these wonderful healing herbs for us!

I brought this product with several others. I have used it in the past and felt that it gave me more energy. This time, I felt tense and a bit edgy after taking it, but I was also taking two other Active Herb products so I think there may have been some interactions affecting how I felt. I stopped talking this supplement until I finished the others. I am going to start talking it again now and I expect that it will have positive results as it did previously.

I am so glad I got it, and have been taking it pretty faithfully since. She and I have both noticed a slow but steady improvement in my strength, stamina, muscle tone, skin elasticity, and overall vitality. I was in pretty bad shape since breaking my back. So happy to be improving!

This herb is quite frankly a life saver! Makes my prolapse so much better. Stopped taking it for a few weeks (ran out) and I felt miserable. Started taking it again and with the first bottle, have noticed so much improvement. Best kept secret in the prolapse world. Definitely recommend this to anyone who has any symptoms of prolapse!

My naturopathic doctor recommended these in pill form for uterine prolapse. It takes a while to get relief, probably 3 bottles need to be taken first, but when this kicks in....the results are extremely good. Then I cut back on the dosage and just take 5 pills a day for maintenance. Won't be without them! Rarely do I have pain or discomfort anymore. HIghly recommended.

I was skeptical at first, but I have always gotten good results from Chinese herbs, so I gave it a try. So glad I did-------it really helps with low energy levels. I take the recommended dosage in the morning, and I don't get that "slump" in the late afternoon. Give it a try!!
