Q&A(78)

Q: if you use these for swimming, and don't put your head underwater, but they get wait a little, is that ok?

submitted by Rudy - 2 years ago
  • A: Is it IPhone Compatible?

submitted byCristina - 11 months ago
  • A: Hi Rudy, thanks for reaching out about JLab Go Air Sport True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones. Listening to music while in the water requires waterproof headphones made for swimming. And while most earbuds are made to handle some moisture — like protecting against a sweaty workout — they are not made to handle extended periods of time in or underwater. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Q: How often do these shock you when you take them out of the case? I realize current will flow through the charge ports but my old buds never shocked me like these did. Not something I want to live with

Q: How do you charge headphones.

submitted by Daisy - 9 months ago
  • A: What is a standard charging port?

submitted byKC - 5 months ago
  • A: The earbuds charging in the charging case. The case is charged via the built in cable in any USB-A charging port.

submitted byExbocks - 1 month ago
  • A: There is a flexible plug attached to the back of the case which you plug into any standard recharging port. These earphones last a very long time on a single charge.

submitted byDeemper - 9 months ago
  • A: The charging cord is a standard USB A plug. We recommend that you plug this into a laptop/desktop to charge or a wall adapter to charge them up.

  • A: Hi Bonita, great question! As the Go Air Sports have a USB-C charger tip on them, you'd want to pick up a charger like this https://www.target.com/p/single-port-20w-usb-c-wall-charger-dealworthy-8482-white/-/A-89698774#lnk=sametab. Not terribly expensive and easy to plug them into!

Q: How do I connect them to my phone

submitted by Shirleen - 25 days ago
  • A: Hi Shirleen, great question and happy to help. Once you've removed the go air sports from the case and taken off the battery protector, you have to go into your settings on your phone, open up the bluetooth settings and select the Go Air Sports from the list of available devices. That will pair the headphones and they should automatically connect from there on out!
