Not nose cancelling
It’s comfortable works well but NOT nose cancelling at all. Didn’t realize it wasn’t but I noticed it didn’t advertise that it was anyway. So it’s good.

Product not as expected
The product failed right after the warranty expired, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It feels like it was designed to stop working the moment coverage ended.

microphone gives inconstant volume

Good headset, great warranty policy
This is a very good headset that worked well until a few months in, when the power button started sticking. And that's where JLab's excellent warranty policy came in. The process was very easy and the replacement was sent to me much faster than expected.
