A: The ear buds should fit a child, however ther is no automatic noise limit with the earbuds. However if you pair it with the manufacturers app you can set volume limits to 85 decibels

A: Hi Marilyn, so we do not recommend earbuds for kids, as they can be much more sensitive to loud sounds and the Mini earbuds do not have any noise reduction capabilities built in. We do offer the JBuddies line of headphones sold at Target, that limit volume to a decibel that's safe for kids ears! That being said, the Mini's are small enough to fit most ear sizes and are some of the smallest earbuds on the market
